FAQs
More FAQs- Do I need to do anything prior to the technician arriving for my scheduled service?
- I think my hard surface floor's appearance should be improved, but I'm concerned about the price. What should I do?
- Will carpet cleaning be disruptive to my business?
Yes, we ask that you remove breakables from the tops of furniture in the breakroom, lobby, conference room and other areas we will be cleaning. Pick up moveable items from the floor such as rugs, plants, trash containers, recycle bins, file cabinets, chairs, etc. Vacuum or dust mop all debris found on your floors prior to your cleaning. If items are too large to move, consult with your technician.
Consider the cost of non-action. Any finish will enhance the appearance of your floor in addition to providing protection. While refinishing your hard floor bears a cost, replacement of the floor due to neglect bears a much higher cost.
The team at ServiceMaster Clean Of St. John's will work with you to schedule a suitable time, typically after hours. In the event that it is unfeasible to clean the entire area in one visit, we will develop a customized program to clean your carpets in sections. Our technician will also inform you of estimated dry times needed.
